The XYZprinting da Vinci Jr. 1.0 A Pro 3D Printer is capable of using third-party 1.75mm PLA or PETG filaments, now with optimized print settings in XYZprint. Using a 9-point auto-calibration system, this printer allows for an easy setup as well as maintenance. With a single extruder and a 6.9 x 6.9 x 6.9" build volume, this printer has a 20 to 400 micron layer resolution. This printer also supports optional accessories, such as the hardened steel nozzle and a laser engraver (both sold separately).

The machine is cool once you figure out how to use the software which is a learning curve. Bought the gift for my father and doesn’t use it too much on his own cause it gets confusing. Once you figure it out, it’s pretty amazing to see digital designs become 3D physical objects.
